Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To secure your booking, a deposit is required, which is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

1. Deposit and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.


2. Cancellation Policy

More than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. In this case, your deposit will be applied to a future service, or a refund (minus any transaction fees) can be provided upon request.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. This is to compensate our team for the time reserved and potential loss of business.


3. Lockout Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property (due to reasons such as locked doors, incorrect keys, or any other access issues), the 50% deposit will be non-refundable. Any rescheduled service will require a new booking and deposit.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. However, refunds or rescheduling without additional fees will be at the sole discretion of VividClean Janitorial.
